It's by Jodell Egbert of Signature Bella in Seattle. She designed this pagoda umbrella after starting Bella Umbrella, her company that rents vintage umbrellas.
If you're getting married or having some sort of outdoor event and worried about the rain or hot sun on your guests, you can give them each a beautiful umbrella to hold. I think this is such a great idea.
